The Next Generation

I want to put my time and experience into backing ambitious chefs - people driven by the beauty of British produce who want to lead their own team at some of the country’s finest dining destinations.

I remember that hunger when you’re starting out - the drive to prove yourself in the best places and make a name for yourself. I understand the process of trying to get your foot in the door and I want to help you plan your next step.

Woven takes stages seriously so if you’re at the point in your career where you’re hungry to push yourself and immerse yourself into our culture, drop me a message. Tell me a bit about yourself and what you’re aiming for.

Charity & Culinary Community

The hospitality industry has given so much to so many of us — and with that comes a deep responsibility to give back.

I’m proud to support these amazing charities, amongst others who are doing incredible work in the UK

Winning the Roux Scholarship in 2012 was a defining moment in my career — one I’ve never forgotten. That’s why I’m honoured to now sit on the judging panel, playing a small part in discovering and championing the next generation of culinary talent.

We’ve also been honoured to host the Finals at Coworth Park and cook for some of the country’s leading chefs, scholars and culinary partners.

Being awarded the Master of Culinary Arts was equally humbling, and it inspired me to give back further by joining the examination team — helping to identify and nurture the brilliant chefs who will shape the future of our industry.
